JULES PAULSON

He/Him. I create organically, often through initially collecting found objects or up-cycling discarded materials. I then reincorporate these materials into either sculptural displays, welded projects, or sometimes capture them through photographic documentation. I allow the materials themselves to inform my working process, with a particular interest in allowing things to be “as they are”. Through an environmental lens, my work often explores the dynamic, interconnected relationship that exists between the natural and industrial world.

STRUCTURES
